What you will do

• Define company vision and product roadmap to transform open-source adoption into billion-dollar enterprise business.
• Build technical foundation by writing code, shipping products, and making long-term architectural decisions.
• Hire, recruit, and lead engineering team to accelerate product velocity.
• Partner with incoming CEO on go-to-market, fundraising, and operations while owning product and engineering.
• Get closer to customers and deepen contributions to NVIDIA's open-source projects.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in LLM security, ML engineering, or adjacent infrastructure, understanding system failures and prevention.
• High-level technical experience as staff/principal engineer, engineering lead, or founder.
• Entrepreneurial with conviction about AI security space and desire to build from ground up.
