Location: London (Hybrid: up to 50 days WFH per year available after the first 3 months)

What you will do
- Define and execute the division's technology roadmap with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, and data platforms.
- Own the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the AI-driven customer platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and ML engineering.
- Establish best practices for AI development, including model validation, monitoring, and retraining.
- Oversee production environments to ensure resilience, uptime, and efficient incident management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish frameworks for ethical AI use.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products in production.
- Strong background in data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, such as predictive models, NLP, or recommender systems.
- Must be based in or be able to work from London to support the hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or conversational systems.
- Exposure to regulated environments regarding data privacy, security, and compliance.
