TL;DR

Chief Technology Officer (AI): Leading the technology vision and execution for a division focusing on AI-driven customer platforms with an accent on machine learning, automation, and data-driven capabilities. Focus on scaling innovation, ensuring operational excellence of ML models in production, and integrating LLMs and generative AI into the product ecosystem.

Location: London (Hybrid: up to 50 days WFH per year available after the first 3 months)

A leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content, and services to over 300 customers worldwide.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the division's technology roadmap with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, and data platforms.
  • Own the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the AI-driven customer platform.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and ML engineering.
  • Establish best practices for AI development, including model validation, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Oversee production environments to ensure resilience, uptime, and efficient incident management.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish frameworks for ethical AI use.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products in production.
  • Strong background in data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, such as predictive models, NLP, or recommender systems.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from London to support the hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or conversational systems.
  • Exposure to regulated environments regarding data privacy, security, and compliance.
