What you will do

• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on hirify.global combat management systems (CMS), subsystems, and associated interfaces.
• Provide expert advice on system functionality, maintenance philosophy, fault diagnosis, and system recovery.
• Design and deliver instructor-led technical and maintenance training for Royal Australian Navy (RAN) personnel.
• Develop high-quality eLearning products and technical documentation to support maintenance competence.
• Collaborate with RAN stakeholders, including ship’s staff and engineering authorities, to ensure sustainment outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working with combat systems or complex naval mission systems.
• Demonstrated maintenance experience within the RAN, specifically in combat systems, sensors, weapons, or CMS roles.
• Strong understanding of naval maintenance concepts and sustainment frameworks.
• Proven capability in delivering technical training to adult learners and developing digital training content.
• Ability to hold or obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV2 level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing technical material.
