What you will do

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++.
• Implement game features and mechanics based on design requirements.
• Optimize performance for PC and console platforms.
• Debug technical issues and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and middleware.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers in a distributed team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5).
• Experience working in remote/distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of game systems and real-time performance constraints.
• Experience with gameplay programming, AI, physics, or networking.
• Familiarity with profiling, optimization techniques, and version control (Git, Perforce).
• Strong communication skills and self-management in remote settings.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping at least one game title.
• Knowledge of multiplayer/networked systems.
• Familiarity with UE5 tools (Blueprints, Niagara, Nanite, Lumen).
