What you will do

• Research and identify high-potential advertisers and verticals within the Korean digital ecosystem.
• Support New Business Managers with outreach, account prioritization, and meeting preparation.
• Assist with new advertiser onboardings by coordinating kick-off logistics and tracking setup milestones.
• Pull and organize campaign performance data to support business reviews and internal reporting.
• Monitor early campaign performance and flag setup issues for timely resolution.
• Coordinate communication between advertisers, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a business, analytical, or client-facing role such as consulting, sales, or operations.
• Proficiency with data tools including Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI and AI platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of ownership over end-to-end tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Analytical curiosity and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
