What you will do

• Define and lead the APAC communications strategy, overseeing both external and internal programs.
• Partner with and coach senior regional leaders on effective storytelling to reach external audiences and internal teams.
• Develop a regional external strategy integrating earned media, owned content, social engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Localize internal communications to align APAC employees with hirify.global's global strategy and culture.
• Personally cultivate relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers across key APAC markets.
• Manage regional agency partnerships and serve as the primary spokesperson for the region.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of strategic communications experience at a high-growth or public tech company.
• Proven track record leading communications in APAC markets, with deep understanding of regional media and cultural nuances, particularly across Korea and/or China.
• Demonstrated B2B communications expertise targeting technical buyers and C-suite executives.
• Experience managing integrated external and internal communications disciplines.
• Exceptional writing ability and active media relationships.
• High judgment and discretion when navigating sensitive communications in high-stakes environments.
