What you will do

• Create and publish at least 3 posts per week (1 video and 2 static posts) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar at least 30 days in advance.
• Design original visual content and graphics that align with a light, airy brand aesthetic.
• Manage the Instagram grid flow using feed planning tools to ensure visual consistency.
• Engage with followers through comments and interactive stories to grow the community.
• Collaborate with UGC creators and assist with Meta Business Suite ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands (Portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools for independent content production.
• Deep understanding of Instagram aesthetics and creating scroll-stopping content.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM CST.
• Experience with community management and social media best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
