TL;DR

Social Content Manager: Day-to-day management of social accounts and delivery of social content projects including monthly calendars, campaigns, and light content capture with an accent on collaboration with creative and production teams. Location: Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office per week (London, UK)

What you will do

  • Manage social accounts daily to meet client objectives and ensure high-quality output
  • Deliver social content and projects like monthly calendars, campaigns, collaborating with creative and specialist teams
  • Handle project management, resource planning, and collaboration across teams for on-time delivery
  • Conduct ideation, brainstorming, brief-writing, and translate client needs into actionable briefs
  • Report on content performance, benchmark metrics, and set implementation actions
  • Manage community responses, sentiment tracking, content scheduling with tools like Sprout Social

Requirements

  • Experience in social content management, social media best practices, account and project management
  • Passion for content and ability to work client-facing within Social Partner team
  • Skills in ideation, brief-writing, reporting, community management, and light content creation (e.g., TikTok)
  • Proficient in content scheduling tools like Sprout Social
  • Light commercial involvement: scoping projects, tracking progress, social consultancy
