What you will do

• Lead design work integrating hardware and companion software across the PWS portfolio.
• Conceptualize intuitive experiences based on user insights, market trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Industrial Design teams.
• Produce visual and interaction designs including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Drive iterative design, rapid prototyping, and validation for world-class outcomes.
• Contribute to design systems for consistency in the PWS ecosystem.
• Present and advocate for design rationale to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/Product/Interaction/Experience Design.
• Portfolio showing thought leadership in digital-physical design intersections.
• Human-centered design mindset with user insights translation.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering for practical implementation.
• Excellent communication to articulate and advocate design choices.
