What you will do

• Design and implement a data quality framework across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, defining validation rules and alerting standards.
• Build and maintain automated data quality checks within Databricks pipelines, including row counts, null checks, and schema validation.
• Own reconciliation between source systems and Databricks layers to ensure accurate data landing and transformation.
• Validate identity resolution outputs in the Silver layer and investigate match rates and false positives/negatives.
• Perform end-to-end pipeline testing from ingestion to Gold layer reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define acceptance criteria and support UAT with client business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA, Data Engineering, or Data Quality roles.
• Experience working with Azure-based data platforms, specifically Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Proven experience validating ETL/ELT processes and working with layered architectures.
• English: Advanced level required for effective communication with global teams.
• Location: Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
