What you will do

• Design and deliver technical solutions for the Pay Rates domain, writing production code.
• Research new technologies, create POCs, and improve the overall developer experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to estimate and architect strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Mid and Junior engineers to ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
• Maintain high engineering standards in coordination with Infrastructure and Quality teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering quality software.
• 2+ years as a Senior Engineer working on architecturally complex consumer products.
• Mastery of PHP or Go.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Sydney for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elasticsearch.
