What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes within ongoing projects.
• Create reports and technical specifications for new software functionality.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and project specifics.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of software functionality for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience implementing CRM, ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics.
• Proficiency in producing clear, structured documentation and business requirements.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG companies, system integrators, or consulting.
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, and TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution and marketing activities.
