Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico. Must provide Mexican Security Number (NSS), Tax Identification Number (RFC), and CURP.

's Neuromorphic Computing Lab in the CTO Office, pioneering brain-inspired computing for physical AI systems, supported by Jalisco State Government for development programs.
What you will do
- Develop and benchmark applications on 's next-generation neuromorphic architecture.
- Author and publish results in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Contribute to 's neuromorphic SDK with documentation, code reviews, and software process improvements.
Requirements
- Enrolled in MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or related field.
- 3+ years experience writing clean, efficient, modular Python and C++ code.
- 2+ years experience with deep/machine learning, mathematical optimization, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
- 1+ years experience developing AI models for perception, reasoning, and control (e.g., YOLO, LLMs, VLAs).
- 1+ years experience with software development best practices (OO design, testing, debugging, documentation, version control, code reviews).
- Located in Mexico; required to present NSS, RFC, and CURP identification.
Nice to have
- Experience with edge AI HW accelerators or event-based sensors.
- Experience developing software for robotics or real-time control systems.
- Experience with profiling and benchmarking algorithms and hardware architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
