What you will do

• Support implementation and operation of Customer Data Governance framework at corporate and delivery levels
• Monitor data processing activities for adherence to privacy and security standards
• Analyze customer contracts to identify and assess obligations from both perspectives
• Cooperate with technical experts to evaluate controls coverage of contractual commitments
• Collaborate with leadership, departments, and teams to design effective data processes
• Prepare for internal/external audits and support certification processes
• Assist in classifying, registering, updating, archiving, and disposing of data per requirements

Requirements

• Results-oriented, diligent, assertive, responsible, with strong sense of urgency and deadlines
• Familiar with data sensitivity levels, contractual obligations, and contract analysis
• Experienced in documenting contract assessments for data protection compliance
• Aware of control management for security requirements
• Knowledgeable in maintaining data processing records and inventories
• Experienced with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA and transforming them into data policies
• Strong cooperation with delivery teams and effective communication in English
• Comfortable participating in audits and cross-functional collaboration
