What you will do

• Oversee and optimize Salesforce configurations and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Manage deployment processes using tools such as Change Sets, Git, and Copado.
• Mentor junior and mid-level administrators to foster skill development within the team.
• Create detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with clients to align Salesforce solutions with their business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Certifications in Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Experience managing advanced flows, multi-step cross-object automation, and error handling.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system issues and conducting high-level reviews of Apex code.
• Skilled in large-scale data migrations and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including SSO, MFA, and encryption.
