What you will do

• Ship AI-native features end-to-end, including recommendation, personalization, ranking, and moderation systems.
• Build and extend the AI operational backbone, including model serving, inference infrastructure, and retrieval.
• Own and develop offline and online evaluation systems to identify and prevent quality regressions.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions across foundation models, fine-tuning, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Operate with an AI-native workflow, utilizing coding agents and high-token usage to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Experience shipping ML or AI systems in production for consumer products used by millions of users.
• Deep integration of modern AI tooling and coding agents into professional daily workflow.
• Proven track record of building rigorous evaluation systems to ensure model quality.
• Combination of startup experience for zero-to-one builds and big-tech experience for consumer scale.
• Action-oriented mindset with a preference for rapid prototyping and shipping over heavy process.
