What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes within the scope of ongoing projects.
• Create reports and technical specifications for developing additional software functionality.
• Interact with customers to clarify requirements and understand project specifics.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Solid background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or enterprise-grade products.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required for daily communication and workshops.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting).
• Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS, BI, and TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution structure and marketing activities.
