What you will do

• Research prospective M&A targets based on defined criteria using open-source and proprietary tools.
• Conduct initial analysis of potential targets to support decision-making.
• Participate in the due diligence process, managing information requests and data room maintenance.
• Maintain the M&A pipeline, updating target information and sustaining process-related documentation.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting, including business cases and market overviews for the board and senior executives.
• Assist in creating financial models and valuation metrics for deal execution and integration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance concepts, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with research tools and basic project management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in Ukraine.
