What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are effectively implemented.
• Devise and implement methods for inspecting and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to assess costs and responsibilities for non-compliant materials.
• Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and that all documentation is compliant with requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to lower-level professionals within the technical function.

Requirements

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is only offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Proven experience in developing quality protocols and conducting statistical analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision and manage complex projects or processes.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior internal customers and external vendors.
