Product Support Engineer I (Cardiac Ablation Solutions): Provide product support for service and repair activities for CAS multi-product ablation business with an accent on process, documentation, tools, and materials for global field service organization. Location: Onsite Mounds View, Minnesota, United States of America. Roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment; no sponsorship offered.
Salary: $72,000 - $108,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide processes, documentation, tools, equipment, and materials to global field service for effective service and repair of Cardiac Ablation Solutions capital equipment.
- Update or create procedures, quality documents, service manuals for field and technical services teams.
- Support projects to increase customer uptime and service effectiveness, communicating with worldwide field service and depots.
- Provide input on quality improvements, system updates, and next-generation equipment.
- Deliver training to internal field service, technical service, sales, and clinical personnel.
- Manage and prioritize service-related issues and escalations from global field service team.
Requirements
- Onsite minimum 4 days a week in Mounds View, Minnesota.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship for this level.
- Bachelor's degree (for degrees outside U.S., must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).
- 0 years minimum relevant experience.
- Research, plan, design, verify, validate mechanical and/or electromechanical products and systems.
- Recommend technology options for improvements in safety, performance, efficiency, or costs.
Nice to have
- Experience with cardiac ablation hardware and cardiac mapping systems.
- Experience with service engineering including writing and creating service manuals.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
- Problem-solving capabilities for broader issues and process enhancements.
