Salary: $72,000 - $108,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide processes, documentation, tools, equipment, and materials to global field service for effective service and repair of Cardiac Ablation Solutions capital equipment.
• Update or create procedures, quality documents, service manuals for field and technical services teams.
• Support projects to increase customer uptime and service effectiveness, communicating with worldwide field service and depots.
• Provide input on quality improvements, system updates, and next-generation equipment.
• Deliver training to internal field service, technical service, sales, and clinical personnel.
• Manage and prioritize service-related issues and escalations from global field service team.

Requirements

• Onsite minimum 4 days a week in Mounds View, Minnesota.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship for this level.
• Bachelor's degree (for degrees outside U.S., must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).
• 0 years minimum relevant experience.
• Research, plan, design, verify, validate mechanical and/or electromechanical products and systems.
• Recommend technology options for improvements in safety, performance, efficiency, or costs.

Nice to have

• Experience with cardiac ablation hardware and cardiac mapping systems.
• Experience with service engineering including writing and creating service manuals.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
• Problem-solving capabilities for broader issues and process enhancements.
