IT / AV Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide high-quality on-site and remote technical support to employees across China.
• Deliver AV and event technology support for in-person, hybrid, and remote events.
• Troubleshoot and maintain on-site hardware including MacBooks, network infrastructure, and video conferencing systems.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware preparation and access provisioning.
• Collaborate with Global IT Operations to improve service delivery and automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Beijing to provide on-site support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience providing in-person IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience supporting Apple/Mac devices.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of event technology, including audio and hybrid video conferencing setups.
