IT Support Technician II (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and the full device lifecycle from procurement to de-provisioning.
• Provide hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting and issue resolution for all users.
• Administer network infrastructure, including wireless and VPN management.
• Implement and manage SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, JumpCloud, and Okta.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell and Python to automate system administration tasks.
• Support AV/VC platforms (Zoom) and maintain vendor and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as an IT technician.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (Business Level).
• Strong experience with MacOS, Windows, SaaS, MDM, and Networking.
• Familiarity with developer tools including GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Apple developer and certificate management.
• Must be located in Shanghai, China.
