What you will do

• Manage and support Manufacturing Systems including GEPICS, MERS, EPP, and ToolsNet.
• Perform configuration and programming of PLC and HMI systems, managing updates to error-proofing programs.
• Conduct torque studies, tool selection, and torque control.
• Oversee plant cybersecurity and collect requirements for various Plant Floor System subfunctions.
• Execute root cause analysis for reported problems and provide onsite commissioning support globally.
• Monitor and control project scopes, risks, and schedules, ensuring alignment through regular stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in plant floor systems management, torque operations, and the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ToolsTalk.
• Analytical mindset with strong data management and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Giza to meet onsite reporting requirements.
