What you will do

• Evaluate and adapt laboratory-scale formulations for large-scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale up products while maintaining quality.
• Analyze and optimize processing parameters and troubleshoot new processes.
• Source equipment, monitor pilot runs, and adjust SOPs for scaled production.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and implement testing protocols.
• Plan resources, standardize processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English language
• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Food Processing or relevant major
• 3-5 years of experience as Scale-Up Engineer, preferably in food manufacturing
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
