What you will do
- Own the post-sale technical relationship for a named portfolio of accounts as the primary technical partner.
- Lead new customer onboarding and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review health and strategic opportunities.
- Proactively monitor customer health signals (metrics, error rates, uptime) to intervene before churn risks arise.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation path, coordinating with Support and Engineering for root-cause resolution.
- Drive platform health through performance audits, caching/CDN optimization, and PHP worker tuning.
- Utilize AI fluency for log analysis, audit summarization, and defining AI-augmented TAM workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of advanced technical experience with WordPress (Required), including deep knowledge of WP core and database architecture.
- Experience managing a named book of post-sale accounts as a TAM or Customer Success Engineer.
- Proficiency with health monitoring tools such as GTMetrix, Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, and WP-CLI.
- Strong foundation in web hosting infrastructure and server-side performance.
- Fluency with AI tools for daily technical diagnostics and documentation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
