HR Consulting Senior Associate: Help clients drive workforce transformation through governance, program leadership, process optimization, and change management across payroll, HR, and organizational transformation initiatives with an accent on aligning people, processes, and technology for sustainable outcomes. Focus on partnering across service lines, advising stakeholders, analyzing data for risks and insights, and supporting business development.
Location: Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC, United States. Travel: typically 40-50%, occasionally up to 80%.
Salary: $110,400 - $140,760

What you will do
- Apply methodologies across workforce transformation engagements in organizational change, HR, payroll, and operations.
- Develop and execute scalable approaches for managing workforce and operational change, assessing impacts and readiness.
- Collaborate on integrated communication strategies and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and sessions.
- Analyze data on workforce operations to identify risks, opportunities, and insights, translating into actionable plans.
- Manage workstreams, coach team members, and support business development through proposals and client meetings.
- Contribute to practice development and meet utilization targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, organizational development, business administration, or related
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in consulting
- Experience in program/project management and/or organizational change management
- Experience in communications planning, stakeholder engagement, or related areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
