What you will do

• Process client requests for RTP changes, betting limits, and currency additions using internal tools
• Analyze and validate incoming requests and documentation before implementation
• Track tasks and maintain records in Jira and Confluence for team visibility
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email to clarify and confirm changes
• Collaborate with development and product teams via GitLab for issue resolution
• Update documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Russian language skills at B1 level or higher
• Experience in iGaming or technical support
• Strong information analysis skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills
