What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Java.
• Create solutions for high-performance systems with high data throughput.
• Perform software integration with external devices and systems.
• Analyze and optimize overall system performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tests.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware, QA, and bioinformatics specialists.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java 17, Spring v6, and Hibernate v6 / JPA.
• Experience with SQLite, Gradle, Docker, and Liquibase.
• Hands-on experience using AI Agents in everyday work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Wrocław.

Nice to have

• Experience with Swing.
