What you will do

• Own the full performance of the YouTube department, including views, revenue, and market position.
• Optimize production efficiency to maintain high-volume execution and output quality.
• Lead and support YouTube Creative Directors by building accountability and incentive structures.
• Analyze the digital landscape to prototype and scale new channels from proof-of-concept to market leaders.
• Develop a scalable playbook for niche discovery, performance evaluation, and A/B testing.
• Drive data-led decisions by analyzing CTR, watch time, and other key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in metrics and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, performance tracking, and feedback loops.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience working with creative teams or content production.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Must be based in Lithuania
