Hub Leader (Shopify)

Hub Leader (Shopify/Storefronts): Owning and scaling the Shopify and storefront ecosystem with an accent on GMV growth, merchant acquisition, and P&L responsibility. Focus on leading cross-functional mission teams, executing growth roadmaps, and optimizing the merchant lifecycle.

What you will do

• Carry full P&L and commercial responsibility for GMV growth across Shopify and storefront channels.
• Define and execute growth strategies for merchant acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Lead a cross-functional mission team (Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Support) to accelerate growth velocity.
• Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual growth roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
• Partner with GrowthOps, Product, and Finance to remove structural bottlenecks and improve the commercial engine.
• Mentor talent and cultivate a high-performance culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in commercial or growth leadership roles.
• Proven track record of P&L or channel ownership.
• Experience within SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce ecosystems.
• Strong analytical fluency in unit economics, CAC/LTV, and conversion funnels.
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams without direct formal authority.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
