What you will do

• Build and optimize crew schedules based on commercial programs and duty time limitations.
• Manage crew resources to ensure operational resilience and targeted utilization levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, HR, and Recruitment.
• Oversee roster fatigue and wellbeing for over 900 crew members.
• Lead process and system improvements, specifically regarding bidding and Roster Preferences modules.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, including Fatigue Risk Management.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of overall work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AIMS, Jeppesen, and CAE Crew and Ops systems.
• Understanding of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements.
