What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing regular feedback, documentation, and hands-on training.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions for patients.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive case records.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and accrediting agencies.
• Lead treatment team meetings and provide in-service training on addiction treatment trends.
• Coordinate care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.

Requirements

• Active LADC for the state of Minnesota.
• More than 3 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of human behavior and rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
