What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance features using long-running, multi-agent development workflows.
• Own features end-to-end, from ambiguous requirements through design, implementation, and on-call operability.
• Prioritize direction, review, and evals over manual line-by-line coding, building harnesses to ensure agent output quality.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, tooling, and rituals for agentic engineering practices.
• Write clean, observable, and well-tested code following software supply chain security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate customer needs into shippable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience shipping production services.
• Strong proficiency in Java and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid experience with distributed systems, including APIs, databases, and queues.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating multiple agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP tools).
• A verification-first mindset with experience maintaining evals and test harnesses.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SBOMs, SCA, vulnerability management, and dependency hygiene.
• Experience with artifact and package ecosystems.
