Location: Work-from-home options from Austria, 30 days/year remote work from any EU country.

Salary: Starting at EUR 67.400 gross p.a. excluding overtime, with market-compliant overpayment based on experience.

What you will do

• Lead and drive quality-first testing culture aligned with all teams in the Tribe
• Design and implement holistic testing strategy for backend, frontend, APIs, batches, and integrations
• Plan and execute exploratory, manual, and automated tests using various tools
• Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements, define testable acceptance criteria, and align priorities
• Ensure compliant test documentation including plans, specifications, and evidence
• Support releases with risk assessment and quality reporting
• Upskill and guide Testing Chapter with your expertise

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in backend/API testing with frameworks like Playwright, Postman/Bruno, Swagger UI
• Solid understanding of test automation principles, test design, and environment management
• Experience setting up Testing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for data-driven decisions
• Analytical mindset for defining testing strategies and leveraging Tribe synergies
• Practical scripting skills (Shell, Bash, SQL, TypeScript or Java)
• Sound communication skills in English to align with diverse teams
• Experience and interest in AI tools for efficiency
