What you will do

• Coordinate test teams and manage collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Design and implement test strategies and plans, including effective test data management.
• Provide guidance on testing tools such as Tricentis and SAP Solution Manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, ISO, SOX) and maintain complete QA documentation for traceability.
• Improve existing testing processes and advance test automation in agile and traditional environments.
• Contribute to the development of the company's SAP testing capabilities and service portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing SAP project testing and deep expertise in SAP-specific methods.
• Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build), Cloud ALM, XRay, and HP-ALM.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage several teams simultaneously.
• Fluency in both traditional and agile delivery models.
• Business fluent German language skills (C1).
• ISTQB certification.
