Consultant Test Manager

Salary: min €3,175 gross monthly (under IT collective agreement, actual based on qualifications)

What you will do

• Prepare, plan and coordinate tests across project phases with stakeholders.
• Coordinate bug fixes and test releases.
• Report on test progress.
• Conduct training on test management tools and processes.
• Support test strategy definition, test data preparation, and technical test case development.
• Expand customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software testing and initial experience as test coordinator
• High customer orientation, strong communication, team player.
• Basic knowledge of processes, methods, software development (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• Experience with test tools like XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar.
• Business fluent German (C1) and ISTQB certification
• Willingness for regular business trips
