hirify.global is a VC-backed ETH spin-off building an AI-powered SaaS platform to optimize construction planning for emissions, energy, and costs.

What you will do

• Lead the technical development of the SaaS platform from concept to deployment using Angular and NestJS.
• Shape and evolve the software architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor and build a high-caliber engineering team of 3-6 developers, fostering clean code and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical priorities with the CTO and founders.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in SaaS, data, or AI-driven platforms.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and cloud-based architectures (Azure or AWS).
• Proven experience in leading small engineering teams or mentoring developers.
• Based in Europe.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
