What you will do

• Own assigned engine nameplate portfolios and develop long-term coverage strategies.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI) and line extensions from concept through launch.
• Perform VIO analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies and AOP forecasts to drive profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate product data across ERP, PIM, and catalog systems.
• Support sales teams and customers with technical product content and line reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in aftermarket product management, category management, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and aftermarket dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/PIM experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
