What you will do

• Lead the design and production of creative assets for print-led marketing campaigns and brand communications.
• Develop and execute digital media campaign creative across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Create bespoke design assets and manage deliverables within a CMS-driven template and modular page system.
• Produce print and event collateral, including one-pagers, signage, and presentation materials.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards to ensure visual identity consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proven experience with American brand campaigns and B2B audiences.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while elevating creative output.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional partnering.

• Motion or light animation skills.
