What you will do

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality service to users via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Implement and pressure-test project-specific workflows to identify friction points.
• Provide real-time, data-driven feedback to product, operations, and support teams to iterate on tools and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams to refine emerging service models.
• Maintain KPI excellence and contribute to experiment-specific performance goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, success, or service-focused roles.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and a strong growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical writing or documentation for new workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), Genesys, and collaborative documentation tools.
• Background in sales, customer success, or platform operations.
• Experience working in high-growth or experimental service environments.
