What you will do

• Create and maintain integrated project plans and key milestones for R&D and technology-driven development projects.
• Ensure material availability by aligning bills of materials (BOM) and technical product drawings on schedule.
• Conduct logistics risk analyses and secure financial resources for packaging and customer tooling.
• Drive supplier readiness and timeline adherence for the large-scale transfer of produced parts to Asia.
• Manage escalations across suppliers, factories, and engineering to resolve bottlenecks and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate logistics requirements into designs.

Requirements

• MSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Up to 7 years of experience in planning, logistics, and quality, preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
• Project management experience related to supply chain engineering or new product logistics (NPI).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and driving process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations.
