What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
• Build and execute automated test suites for web applications and API validation.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
• Manage test execution, defects, and reporting in Azure DevOps and Xray.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps for quality in SDLC.
• Perform code reviews, analyze results, and improve automation coverage and reliability.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in QA Automation for web and enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, PyTest/unitTest, and test framework patterns like POM.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines), Azure DevOps, Xray, Git, and API testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-assisted automation tools, with Cursor.ai experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using AI for test creation, refactoring, or defect analysis.
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based organizations.
• Understanding of performance, security, or reliability testing concepts.
