Location: Based in Santa Monica, California, United States

Salary: $136,000 - 204,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Define and evolve platform architecture for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability across U.S. digital products.
• Manage and rationalize a multi-cloud environment spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead platform-level security standards, including IAM policy redesign, SSO adoption, and SCIM-based provisioning.
• Establish SLOs, SLIs, and incident response frameworks to improve system reliability and stability.
• Design secure integration patterns and guardrails for LLMs, RAG systems, and AI-agentic development workflows.
• Act as a technical advisor to U.S. leadership and align architectural standards with the global platform team in Austria.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years specializing in platform engineering or security architecture.
• Extensive experience managing workloads across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record at the Principal or Staff level within complex, multi-product organizations.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI technologies into production systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• Fluent in English.

• Familiarity with AR/XR development pipelines and spatial computing platforms.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
