What you will do

• Take ownership of the Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD and the Agentic AI platform (DriftlessAF).
• Improve the speed and reliability of CI/CD pipelines to reduce developer wait times and debugging.
• Develop next-generation change throughput mechanisms allowing AI agents to commit directly to main with automated validation.
• Productionize the Agentic AI platform with a focus on observability, RAG-as-platform, and context-engineering patterns.
• Consolidate build systems into standardized "paved road" blueprints for faster product onboarding.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate across the organization to automate repetitive manual work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Go or the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and scaling large monorepos.
• Experience setting technical direction and aligning multiple teams around a target architecture.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and LLM-based automation in production, including RAG and tool-calling.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, or Buildkite at high throughput.
• Experience with DORA or SPACE developer experience metrics.
• Background in supply chain security and container ecosystems (OCI, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing a large Go monorepo.
