Compensation: $30–$38 per hour

What you will do

• Obtain and organize legal records following client guidelines and using appropriate vendors
• Track and follow up on outstanding records, keeping attorneys updated via status logs
• Perform document management and file organization tasks
• Provide support for trials, mediations, and legal meetings
• Assist with general administrative tasks and backup receptionist duties

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience in insurance defense or personal injury law preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to meet a 50 hour/month billable requirement using Prolaw
• Must work onsite 5 days a week in Northbrook, IL
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
