What you will do

• Develop webpage, application, and quote flow content using clear, concise, and engaging language.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective, user-focused content solutions.
• Collaborate with design teams and business stakeholders to deliver omnichannel digital experiences.
• Create content aligned with brand standards, AP style, and accessibility best practices.
• Execute content strategies and deliver assignments within tight 1–3 day turnaround windows.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX writing or content design.
• Strong expertise in SEO best practices and AP style (6+ years).
• UX Writing Certification and a portfolio or writing samples are required.
• Proficiency in Figma for editing text within components, frames, and prototypes.
• Ability to write in a clear, conversational tone that aligns with business goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Writing experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiarity with AI prompt writing.
• Understanding of component variants and design system components in Figma or AEM.
