What you will do

• Outline and edit content on online education, degrees, courses, bootcamps, and career pathways
• Assign content, provide feedback, and manage freelance/internal writer performance
• Monitor industry trends in online education and uphold editorial/SEO guidelines
• Approve pieces for publishing with high-level edits for clarity and organization
• Manage editorial calendar workflow and collaborate with publishing/SEO teams on goals
• Employ SEO best practices and balance high-volume workload to hit publication targets

Requirements

• Hybrid schedule in San Juan, PR office (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)
• 5+ years in digital media, journalism, or digital marketing
• Experience assigning/editing content quickly and managing writers/editors
• Bachelor's in journalism, English, creative writing, or related
• Portfolio of published work, strong research skills, AP Style familiarity
• SEO best practices and WordPress/CMS publishing experience
• Self-motivated with proven multi-project management and deadlines
