What you will do

• Plan and execute UAV flight test campaigns, defining specific profiles, scenarios, and objectives.
• Lead Flight Readiness Reviews (FRRs) and supervise on-site flight test operations.
• Monitor UAV performance in real-time via telemetry systems and process flight test data.
• Evaluate system stability, control, maneuverability, and safety using FTE tools and simulation models.
• Produce comprehensive analysis reports with clear technical conclusions and recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in flight test engineering, preferably with UAV systems.
• Strong knowledge of flight dynamics, control systems, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with telemetry systems, flight simulation, and modelling tools.
• Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to work in field-based environments and travel as required.

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
