What you will do

• Develop and research classifiers, detectors, and scoring models using messy, high-stakes security data.
• Design and shape prompts, context, and tool-use patterns to drive LLM agent systems.
• Ship models into production, monitor their performance, and iterate based on real traffic.
• Build evaluation harnesses and feedback loops to measure actual model improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to solve complex modeling problems where off-the-shelf approaches are insufficient.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience delivering models into production environments.
• Strong depth in ML fundamentals and ability to reason about model architectures.
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems (prompting, context design, tool use, or fine-tuning).
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a technical discipline (e.g., CS, statistics, physics, math, or engineering).
• Strong engineering instincts for writing reproducible, testable, and maintainable code.
• Must be based in the United States.
