What you will do

• Design usable, engaging, and visually appealing desktop and web applications for ATE software.
• Identify usability gaps to increase user efficiency through research, data, and feedback.
• Establish reusable design patterns and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into technical design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
• Stay current on UX trends and accessibility standards to improve product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in interaction and visual design.
• Proficiency in OOD and OO languages such as C# and C++.
• Experience with UI frameworks including React, WinForms, WPF, and design tools like Figma.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Experience with the MVVM pattern and atomic design of components.
• Ability to work onsite in North Reading, MA, US.
